About Us
Our Story
Peace & Polish Home Cleaning grew from Adam’s connection to Dayton and a simple observation: people often spend their limited time off cleaning instead of resting, seeing friends, or pursuing their interests. He was born and raised in Dayton and started the company as a way to give back to his hometown and nearby communities. Adam hopes Peace & Polish will become a local company people feel comfortable calling for years to come.
What We Do
Peace & Polish cleans homes, apartments, rental properties, offices, and commercial spaces. The service list includes apartment, move-in, move-out, deep, post-construction, Airbnb, office/commercial, and carpet cleaning. Before arranging a visit, the team asks about the property and the tasks you want handled so the requested scope can be discussed.
- Talk through the property’s condition and access
- Identify the rooms and tasks that matter to you
- Review the work before making a booking decision
Values & Culture
Respect, reliability, and clear communication guide the way Peace & Polish approaches each request. Adam’s approved mission emphasizes arriving as expected, cleaning according to the work discussed, and treating a customer’s home as the team would treat its own.
Because a cleaning visit takes place in someone’s personal space, questions and preferences belong in the conversation. Share instructions before the appointment, and speak up if something in the agreed plan needs to be clarified.
Vision & Mission
Peace & Polish’s mission is to give people their time back. Adam wants the team to arrive when expected, follow the requested tasks, and treat each home with care so customers can spend their free time on what matters to them. The vision is to build a local company Dayton-area residents and businesses can keep turning to over time.
